Based in NYC, we are a team of ambitious, experienced, and devoted engineers, designers, and marketers. You'll be joining an early team where you'll have an outsized impact on both the product and company's culture.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with our executive team to shape the strategy and decision-making around our products.
Design interfaces, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions to our team.
Lead multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Communicate design decisions and their rationale effectively to stakeholders and the broader organization.
Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions and prioritize user needs.
Contribute to and evolve a design system that ensures consistency across all product touchpoints.
Continuously give and receive feedback on designs and strategic product decisions from team members and users.
Act as a strong advocate for the user, championing their needs and desires throughout the entire product development process.
Stay up to date on design trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the way we build our products.

Requirements:

Experience working in a fast paced environment, with the ability to adapt and pivot quickly to changing requirements and priorities.
Proven 4+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on designing consumer-centered products and experiences for either mobile or desktop platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, from ideation to final product delivery.
Proficient in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
Experience leveraging design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketing managers, and other designers.
Proven experience leading design initiatives end to end throughout the development and launch of a product.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders and the broader organization.
A strong understanding of the technical underpinnings of software.

Compensation Range: $150K - $220K
