Job DescriptionWe are currently hiring a property maintenance worker for work in the Tampa Bay area plus travel. You will perform any repairs or preventative maintenance on various grocery store properties when required. You should have previous experience in property maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools, and be able to read blueprints and repair manuals.
This is a full time, temp to perm position (M-F). Paid lodging and daily per diem when travel is required.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
• Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
• Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
• Travel overnight when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven maintenance experience (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc)
• Must have clean background and driving record.
• Tools/PPE and daily transportation to shop.
• Must have carpenter skills
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary.
• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
• Experience performing routine maintenance.
