- This position involves parking and delivering vehicles to and from the casino or hotel entrance, while also being responsible for the safety of customers' vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service by opening doors, unloading luggage, and assisting guests with their vehicle needs.
- Drive designated vehicles safely following established procedures, checking for damage before driving, and locking keys when finished.
- Maintain a clean and secure environment on Casino grounds/parking lot by reporting hazards or obstructions. Perform errands as assigned by management to ensure guest satisfaction.
