Summary of position:

The Financial Analyst will report to the Director of Finance and will be located in the Conshohocken office. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting with forecasting, analysis, reporting, and business intelligence development.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage reporting tools to develop financial and analytical reports
• Gather and organize large amounts of data from multiple systems and sources
• Regularly build and maintain models to support organization reporting and tracking initiatives
• Actively participate in the analysis and variance explanations of financial reports
• Responsible for investigating and understanding key business issues behind the numbers and provide clear, concise, and timely analyses and recommendations
• Support ongoing budget and forecast performance, monitoring trends, analyze and communicate the results of efforts and insights
• Contribute to month end close, review of variances from budget, and expense review
• Initiate and lead projects related to process improvement
• Provide support for various accounting tasks in accordance with department needs
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed
• Assist with year-end audit(s) by providing data requested by external auditors

Required Skill and Competency Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 3-5+ years financial analysis experience
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated business operations-oriented person with strong analytical skills
• Advanced experience with excel a must and experience with NetSuite are a plus
