    Job Summary:


    As a Commercial Sales Consultant Fleet Manager at Sunnyside Chevrolet, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability through commercial vehicle sales to fleet customers.

    This is a full-time position in the auto industry, based in Elyria, Ohio. This individual contributor role requires strong sales skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.


    Compensation & Benefits:
    In addition to a competitive base salary, this position offers commission opportunities based on sales performance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for fleet customers, build and maintain relationships to drive repeat business
    • Identify new potential fleet customers and develop strategies to acquire their business
    • Create and present customized sales proposals to meet the specific needs of fleet customers
    • Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers, ensuring competitive pricing
    • Coordinate with various departments including finance and service to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and excellent postsales support for customers
    • Understand and stay updated on market trends, competitors, and upcoming models in the commercial vehicle market
    • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Utilize CRM software to track sales activity, customer interactions, and followup tasks

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
    • 1 + years of experience in commercial or fleet sales in the auto industry
    • Strong sales skills and a track record of achieving sales targets
    • Knowledge of commercial vehicle market and competitors
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in using CRM software
    • Ability to work independently and in a fastpaced environment
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
