Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II - Float at Atlanta, GA This is a 4 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 3 years phlebotomy experience — Required Must include pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Patient Care & Phlebotomy Perform venipuncture and capillary collections including pediatric geriatric forensic specimens Clearly explain procedures ensure patient comfort trust confidence Verify patient identity demographics obtain patient initials/signature post-venipuncture to confirm proper specimen labeling Specimen Handling & Documentation Accurately label process prepare specimens for laboratory testing Maintain complete accurate records in compliance with HIPAA company policies Ensure specimens are labeled in patients presence match patient identifiers Operational & Float Responsibilities Travel between multiple Patient Service Centers PSC in-office phlebotomy sites with minimal notice Arrive on time fully prepared each assigned location Adapt quickly varying workflows staffing needs site procedures Submit mileage reimbursement per company policy Professional Organizational Standards Maintain safe clean professional work environment Demonstrate leadership behaviors Everyday Excellence guiding principles Comply company dress code safety policies employee health standards
