The Postharvest & Distribution Manager will be responsible for managing the postharvest processing and storage of all produce fruit flowers meat and eggs to ensure the highest standards of safety quality freshness and appearance.Maintain designated processing storage and working spaces to a high standard driving continuous improvement of food safety workplace functionality and guest experience Lead and supervise Farm Cultivation Team Members when they are assigned to your area ensuring safety efficiency and high work standards Create train enforce and continuously improve standardized processes within the postharvest operation Ensure tools supplies materials necessary for effective operation are available organized maintained Ensure detailed records operations outcomes captured organized shared appropriately Core Processes Harvest processing Product storage Inventory management Customer communication Order management delivery Key Measurables Product utilization percentages Area Inspection Score Internal customer survey score GAP audit score Skills Demonstrated skills organization administration Ability learn work software systems spreadsheets Demonstrated communication skills Strong interest food agriculture Experience working postharvest systems farms plus not required Experience GAP food standards plus not required Other Requirements The job require lifting objects multiple times day Some daily work guest facing follow guidelines interactions Valid drivers license ability work Franklin TN>
