Are you a dedicated and empathetic Respiratory Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of diverse patients? Kingston Healthcare is seeking a driven professional to join our dynamic team in providing top-notch respiratory care in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Assess and treat patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Educate patients and their families on respiratory health management and disease prevention.
Stay current with the latest advancements in respiratory therapy and contribute to the development of best practices at Kingston Healthcare
Foster a compassionate and inclusive environment for both patients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
Valid state license to practice as a respiratory therapist.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Passion for promoting diversity and inclusion in healthcare.
