Description
Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services, located in South Oranges, provides home care throughout Essex, Morris and Hudson County for pediatrics and adults.
We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team.Within our company, the LPN helps to fulfill the skilled care requirements of our patients.
Under the direction and support of the Director of Nursing, the successful candidates will work within their entire scope of practice.
We provide extensive paid training, specific to a homecare setting, in order to ensure success with our agency.LPN Responsibilities include:
-providing one-to-one skilled care in the home / school setting
-lifting / repositioning at times
-completing daily charting
-following plan of care
-reporting to Director of Nursing
-following all clinical and office policies
LPN Qualifications/Skills include:
-committed and reliable in regards to assigned shifts
