    Job Title: Office Manager/Manager of Administration

    We are seeking an experienced Legal/Paralegal/Case Manager to transition into a Law Firm Office Manager/Manager of Administration role at our National Law Firm.

    This individual will be based in our San Francisco office and provide senior-level support to the Firm's Managing Partners as well as contribute to the overall success of our S.F. Practice.

    The successful candidate will oversee the administration and supervision of office and legal support staff, requiring 4+ years of experience in a LAW FIRM environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
    • Supervise and train office staff, including paralegals and administrative assistants.
    • Provide backup legal administrative support as needed, leveraging expertise in law firm operations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate preferred.
    • At least 4+ years of relevant experience in a law firm, with a strong understanding of law firm operations and management.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior partners and stakeholders.

    Compensation Package:

    We offer a competitive salary package up to $100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

    Location: San Francisco, CA

    Work Arrangement: Full Time/Direct Hire
