    Territory Sales Representative - Building Products Manufacturer - Base Salary up to 85k/year - Atlanta, GA

    • Our client is a well-established company specializing in composite products that are energy efficient and sustainable for the high growth commercial building sector. They are experts in continuous insulation by offering unique Composite Sub-Framing Systems that meet ASHRAE requirements for commercial building envelopes. The company is looking for proactive individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are detail-oriented to join their dynamic team. They have been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list for 3 consecutive years as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the country.
    • Presently, our client is in search of a Territory Sales Representative in the Atlanta, GA region, covering Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi. The sales team focuses on delivering value to Architects, Specification Writers, General Contractors, and other professionals in the commercial building sector through educational selling methods that provide Performance and Economic Solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Achieve and surpass sales targets set by the company
    • Regularly travel within designated area and conduct presentations at customers' locations to offer information and assistance for securing business
    • Assess area performance against objectives and implement strategies for improvement
    • Deliver in-person and virtual presentations on a daily basis—Training will be provided
    • Communicate customer needs and collaborate with other departments to meet objectives
    • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts
    • Ensure sales activities adhere to company policies and procedures
    • Contribute to setting sales goals for the area
    • Participate in developing an area coverage plan to meet territory objectives
    • Report field activities promptly and provide special reports for business planning
    • Conduct AIA L&L Presentations, both in person and virtually
    • Maintain daily sales activity records in the CRM system
    • Work with provided leads and engage in some cold calling
    • Manage an Established Quotes Pipeline

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years sales experience in the Atlanta, GA market
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales background
    • Experience selling to Architects and General Contractors
    • Knowledge of commercial construction material sales is advantageous
    • Proven track record in closing business
    • Willingness to travel within the territory, including overnight stays

    Compensation:

    • Base salary ranging from 75k to 85k/year
