    POSITION DESCRIPTION

    We are seeking a dynamic Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to join The Picklr team. As the Affiliate
    Marketing Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with our Community Marketing Manager to roll out
    compelling offers and promotions, playing a pivotal role in the growth of The Picklr Clubs. Your
    primary responsibilities include building and maintaining a strategic list of potential affiliates,
    implementing re-engagement strategies to optimize affiliate performance, and staying updated on
    industry trends and competitor activities. You'll be the key driver in sourcing and negotiating with
    250+ new affiliates each month, ensuring their alignment with our brand values. You will play a key
    role in increasing affiliate-generated revenue, month over month. The ideal candidate for this position
    has 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for
    pickleball. We would love you to have a decent following on your personal social media channels
    (around 10,000 followers) Your ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate
    effectively with cross-functional teams is essential. If you're ready to contribute your skills to the growth of The

    What you'll do:

    • Collaborate with Community Marketing Manager to rollout compelling offers and promotions
    • Build and maintain a list of potential affiliates for outreach, and work on reengagement
    strategies to optimize affiliate performance. Stay updated with industry trends and
    competitor activities to identify new opportunities

    • Source and negotiate 250+ new affiliates each month
    • Send affiliate guides detailing program updates and recommended posts, and create a
    calendar of activities for affiliates

    • Review and approve affiliate applications, ensuring alignment with our brand values and
    target audience

    • Utilize our affiliate software, Roster, to track affiliate performance, revenue generated, and
    other relevant metrics

    • Ensure that affiliates adhere to company guidelines, branding, and ethical practices
    • Handling daytoday tasks within the affiliate network

    How we will measure success

    Affiliate Program Management:
    Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of our affiliate
    program, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

    Affiliate Growth and Retention:
    Attract and retain high-performing affiliate partners with a
    minimum retention rate of 90% annually and 250 new affiliates p/ month

    Revenue Growth:
    Increase in affiliate-generated revenue month over month

    Affiliate Satisfaction:
    In the first year, establish a way to measure affiliate satisfaction with
    our program and strategies with proposals to improve or maintain satisfaction metrics as
    appropriate going forward.

    Compliance Management:
    Collaborate with compliance teams to manage affiliate
    compliance, ensuring all partnerships align with industry standards and company policies.


    Qualifications


    • 1-3 years in an affiliate marketing role
    • Has a personal social media following around 10,000 +
    • Strong understanding of Instagram and YT best practices concerning affiliate marketing
    • Strong communication & personal skills with an emphasis on timely responses
    • Passion for pickleball and a solid understanding of the sport is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional
    teams.
