    Job Title

    We are seeking a licensed clinician to join our team at Relational Excellence, LLC, a distinguished leader in outpatient mental health care. Our clinicians specialize in working with clients who present with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, family discord, and identity concerns.

    The ideal candidate will work with teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring mental health concerns. We focus on treating the whole person to help these individuals learn and develop healthy coping skills and resiliency.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
    • Complete comprehensive initial assessments
    • Create and maintain objectives and goals for treatment
    • Work collaboratively with other mental health clinicians
    • Engage in staff meetings and trainings
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in social work, psychology, mental health counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university
    • Valid Maryland professional license (LGPC/LCPC/LMSW/LCSW-C/CMFT)
    • Valid driver's license
    • Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check
