The Maintenance Team (TMT) Grounds Technicians are members of the finest commercial maintenance team in the Twin Cities, working together in pursuit of our mission to provide first class Support, Service and Solutions to commercial building owners enhancing their maintenance to their tenants and customers. WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Grounds Technician on this team, you are skilled at handling maintenance requests or assigned rounds and handling any grounds area repairs, such as cleaning roofs and commercial building grounds, inspecting of properties, power washing and more. You must also conduct minor repairs and preserve the general quality of a facility. Your duties include conducting routine grounds checks, identifying building maintenance needs and reporting them to our Tech Support Coordinators and to Property Managers for follow on maintenance care.
