- Conducts psychiatric evaluations and assessments to determine general physical conditions and mental health conditions.
- Orders or executes various tests, analyses, and diagnostic assessments to provide information on patient's condition.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including prescribing medications and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Elicits and records information about patient's medical and psychological history in the electronic health record.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in psychiatric or mental health nursing preferred with equivalent experience considered
- Experience working with FQHC or FQHC look alike settings preferred or equivalent experience working with underserved or marginalized populations welcome
- Proficient in electronic medical records and telehealth platforms; EPIC EMR preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and cultural competence
