    We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The Advanced Reporting Service Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our clientsby assisting in the development and delivery of value-added financial reporting and key performance indicators across organizational levels. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Essential Duties:
    • Forecast Modeling Development: Collaborate with departments heads and project manager to develop comprehensive budgets that align with the organizational goals and objectives.
    • Monitor budget performance on an ongoing basis to identify variances, trends, and areas for improvement.
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate budget proposals, identify potential risks, and opportunities.
    • Assist in development of risk mitigation and opportunity capitalization strategies.
    • Prepare and present detailed budget reports and analysis to senior management and other stakeholders as needed.
    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve budgeting processes, system, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies procedures and regulatory requirements related to budgeting and financial management.
    • Support implementation of scalable ARS technology platforms
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
    • Master's degree preferred.
    • CPA preferred.
    • 3-5 years of experience working in a financial services organization.
    • Data Analysis experience
    • Knowledge of financial planning and analysis processes and best practices
