    Your challenges?

    As a Business Manager at TMC, your primary objective will be to drive the acquisition of engineering projects within the leading hi-tech industries in the United States. Your primary focus will be to address their sustainable hi-tech, IT and engineering staff augmentation needs. Leveraging your expertise in business development and your in-depth understanding of the hi-tech landscape, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new projects, establishing long-term customer relationships, and promoting our consultancy services.

    Business Development:

    • Management and development of your entity
    • Definition of your commercial strategy and its implementation
    • Development and retention of your customers
    • Negotiation and contractualization of won projects

    Recruitment:

    • Identification and recruitment of future employees who will join your team.

    People Management:

    • Management of your team of consultants (career management, follow-up and coaching).

    Financial Management:

    • Administering your profit center autonomously

    To ensure your success and facilitate your start-up, you will also participate in a training session at our head office in the Netherlands.

    What do we expect from you?

    • The minimum required skills necessary for this role:
    • You have a minimum of 3 years commercial experience within a consulting company or a recruitment agency,
    • You are experienced in making placements for sustainable staff augmentation needs in engineering and IT domains rather than internal needs of customers.
    • You are familiar with the US market, its economic environment, its actors and the principals.
    • You have a strong appetite for prospecting and business development (cold-calling, warm-calling ...)
    • You have a bachelor's degree (university, business school or engineering school)
    • You speak fluent English (any additional language would be an asset)
