    Description
    On-site Association Manager position available at a 201-unit homeowners association in Port Hueneme. This position is direct hire by the Board of Directors. The candidate must have a minimum of five years' experience in CID management. CACM membership required and additional credentialing a plus.

    Experience with various office/management software, including but not limited to:
    Enumerate (formerly Tops), Office, Adobe, and Publisher.
    Job responsibilities

    Administrative:
    Maintaining all association records utilizing industry software (Enumerate -formerly Tops or similar)
    Inform and guide the Board of Directors on legal requirements

    according to the Davis-Stirling Act, California Codes and Governing

    Documents
    Solicit proposals for services as directed by the Board.
    Supervise projects with assistance of various community volunteers/committees
    Process Architectural Change Requests, violation/hearing notices.
    Maintain DoorKing access control system.
    Prepare Board Meeting packets and attend monthly meetings via Zoom. Additional meetings may be required on as needed basis.
    Prepare and send all mailings required for Annual Membership and Election meeting.
    Prepare and distribute monthly newsletters and miscellaneous communications to members on an as needed basis.
    Conduct monthly site inspections for member infractions, safety, and maintenance issues.
    Maintain schedule for clubhouse rentals
    Strong leadership skills in prioritizing goals for the team, Board of Directors, and Community.
    Accounting
    Review and verify accuracy of invoices to GL.
    Review owner accounts for accuracy prior to each Board meeting.
    Review financial statements for accuracy and aid on explanations of variances (if any)
    Assist Budget Committee and Board of Directors in developing operating and reserve fund budgets for the Association.
    Maintain and reconcile petty cash account.
    Personnel
    Supervise On-site Maintenance team (three employees
    Exercise strong fiscal responsibilities by determining if an outside vendor should complete a task.
    Must be a hands-on manager who is familiar with all tasks that fellow employees perform.

    Able to promote teamwork and a good working ethics for fellow employees and motivate them to excel in their positions.

    Draft Employee Evaluations for Board review and approval.
    Must have a basic knowledge of labor laws.
