OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for set-up and maintenance of bar area. Prepare drink orders for guests and staff to serve our guests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum lifting of 50 lbs and pushing of 90 Lbs.
• Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
• Pushing 90 lbs, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching and standing for 8 hours per shift
• Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
• Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking
• 2 years of previous Bartending experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Practice Basics of Brilliant Hosting at all times
• Set-up and break down bar according to standards, including proper liquor lock up
• Make cocktails in accordance with Marriott Beverage Standards
• Execute drink orders for guests and servers
• Each associate is expected to complete, within their ability, all reasonable requests by management
