Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist for one of our major clients, a global midstream company.

Overall responsibilities: provide focal point for customers contact, proactively solve logistic issues and coordinate with internal departments to maximize efficiencies to provide highest value to the customer.

• Develop strong relationships with customers to anticipate logistic needs.
• Coordinate internal resources including physical assets and personnel with Planning and Operations departments to meet customer requirements.
• Liaison between Customer, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Planning Departments.
• Coordinate activities of communications and monitor inventory for respective accounts.
