Home HealthHugh Chatham Health at Home (formerly Yadkin Valley Home Health) proudly serves Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Davie, Forsyth, Iredell, Stokes, Surry, Wilkes and Yadkin counties in NC.

(7 additional counties in VA)Monday-Friday 8 hour shift (3 shifts per week or 2 12 hour shifts Saturday and Sunday)Education and Formal Training:
Associate degree in nursing, RN licensed in the State of North Carolina. Current CPR or obtain within 30 days of hire.


Work experience:

EXTENDED TRAINING PROGRAM OFFERED FOR NEW GRADUATESMust have a current/valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a satisfactory driving record.

Actively functions as a patient advocate. Must be able to quickly develop thorough knowledge of home health regulations and all relevant policies.
