- Manage and update user accounts within the IAM system, including re-validation (e.g., annual account attestation) and or job/role change
- Create accounts, reset passwords, and modify accounts with approved changes
- Perform password resets in response to end-user requests, manage expiration dates, and synchronize password resets with all provisioned endpoints
- Monitor and respond to ticket queues for customer requests
- Provide the ability to de-provision access to accounts (whether manually or via integration with DCGS IAM systems)
- Maintain workflow processes to support multiple approvers as defined in the DCGS IAM workflow process
- Provide subject matter expertise for Account Management in the Enterprise
- Monitor account database for unused or expired accounts per Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) guidelines
- Two years Active Directory experience
- Two years general IT client systems support experience
- DoD 8570 certified, IAT Level II
