    Paid Time Off:

    Envision Healthcare offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.

    We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Communications Manager

    Responsibilities:

    The Communications Manager Revenue Cycle Management is responsible for leading communication planning and execution for large programs and portfolios of work for Envision Healthcare. The role requires a good understanding of the healthcare industry. Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management and Change Management practices are a plus. The position reports to the Internal Communications Director and is a hands-on position, where success includes "rolling up your sleeves" to drive the desired results. Candidates must possess strong writing and editing skills, as well as proven experience in internal communications and project management.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • In collaboration with the Internal Communications Director, will develop, deliver, and maintain a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) communication strategy and approach that executes on the business goals and desired outcomes.
    • Collaborate with RCM leadership to develop effective communication strategies that improve employee engagement and align RCM messaging with company vision.
    • Build strong relationships with and influence business unit/department leaders to set the vision and direction of RCM communication.
    • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across communication platforms and programs (internal and external).
    • Think big picture but execute tactically and manage the details.
    • Measure and analyze the use and effectiveness of communication efforts and provide recommendations for optimizing results.
    • Establish proactive mechanisms for audience feedback and adjust communication strategies and content based on that input.
    • Monitor and manage the most relevant topics and trends within the company that impact teammates, our culture, or our companys vision.
    • Cultivate a communication culture for RCM that promotes strategic thinking using evidence-based strategies and advocacy.
    • Lead and develop new RCM communication initiatives and tools; oversee the ongoing renewal and update of the organizations SharePoint pages and other communication channels.
    Qualifications:

    • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect dots from plan to execution
    • Ability to succinctly convey complex messages that are professional, consistent and support company vision and brand position
    • Ability to work collaboratively across a diverse, matrixed team to ensure messaging and programs are delivered quickly, consistently, and powerfully across multiple channels and locations
    • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate large, multi-disciplinary environments
    • Ability to create strong, strategic business relationships and solicit/act on partner feedback
    • Executive presence and the ability to coach RCM leadership on effective strategic communication
    • Ability and flexibility in managing multiple projects at a time as well as just-in-time issues to drive the work forward
    • Proven ability to maintain confidential information appropriately and exercise good judgment
    • Proven comfort with Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and knowledge of common collaborative tools/platforms (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

    Education/Experience

    • Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or related field
    • 5-7 years of corporate communications or public relations experience
    • Preferred knowledge and understanding of integrated health care
