Job Summary:

As a Residential Construction Sales and Estimator, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and ensuring the accuracy and competitiveness of our project estimates.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored solutions that align with their vision and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits to assess potential projects, discuss client requirements, and gather necessary information for estimates.

Prepare detailed estimates for remodeling projects, including materials, labor, and other costs.

Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service from initial contact to project completion.

Negotiate contracts and manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project feasibility and cost-effectiveness.

Keep abreast of industry trends, new products, and best practices.

Contribute to the team's sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all estimates and sales activities.


Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and estimation within the residential construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and market trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in estimation software, Buildertrend,Google Suite and Microsoft Suite.

A team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites.


Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Extensive background in sales and construction.
