CNA preferred 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry Experience in caregiving and personal care Experience in client/patient management to ensure proper care Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong computer skills including Office 365 experience. Previous customer service and high-volume scheduling experience is recommended.Primary responsibilities:
Maintain client and CAREGiver relations. Introduce CAREGivers to clients in their homes Perform quality assurance visits quarterly to all clients to ensure proper care. Monitor, mediate, and log all client and CAREGiver activity utilizing the software system. Recognize opportunities to increase service hours with clients to enhance quality care.
Act as a CAREGiver as needed to take care of clients Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethic codes and ensure they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Perform other functions and responsibilities within the office which are deemed necessary.Benefits:
