    Ketone-IQ was developed through our $6 million research contract with the US Department of Defense and in close partnerships with world-class researchers and leading universities. Ketone-IQ is trusted by high performers of all kinds, including Olympic athletes, Tour de France cyclists, Navy SEALs, and athletes in every major sports league in the US — and now, we're bringing it to everyone.

    We're changing the way people fuel and rapidly expanding as we lead the ketone movement. We're looking for a Community Manager who can lead the charge on our sampling strategy and manage our field ambassadors.

    What you'll do:

    You will be an active member of our Partnerships Team and report directly to our Head of Partnerships & Business Development. Projects may change from month to month or quarter to quarter and will include:

    • Mass Sampling Strategy
      • Develop and implement a nationwide strategy for distributing Ketone-IQ samples, ensuring at least 90% unique reach.
      • Lead and expand a team of field ambassadors to execute the sampling plan effectively.
      • Work collaboratively with other departments to align on sampling goals, target demographics, key messages, and marketing materials.
    • Field Ambassador Management & Execution:
      • Evaluate and select high-impact sampling and activation opportunities.
      • Create detailed execution plans, including timelines and budgets, to ensure successful outcomes.
      • Oversee the Field Ambassador Team, coordinating:
        • Logistical arrangements
        • Marketing and promotional activities
        • Product distribution
        • Event setup, registration, and breakdown
        • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain smooth event operations and strong partner relations
        • Conduct post-event reviews, including feedback collection, expense reconciliation, and effectiveness analysis
      • Continually refine processes and document improvements.
    • Innovation and Best Practices:
      • Keep abreast of industry trends in field and experiential marketing to foster innovative ideas.
      • Proactively seek ways to improve event experiences and enhance Ketone-IQ's visibility at events.
    • Marketing and Promotion:
      • Leverage various marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, and strategic partnerships to promote sampling events.
    • Team Development:
      • Recruit, train, and manage new community team members and field ambassadors, building a skilled and motivated team.
    • Evaluate Performance:
      • Monitor and analyze sampling performance metrics to optimize future efforts
      • Establish breakeven metrics where X amount in OpEx results in
    • Target Market
      • Location: United States with a Focus in SoCal
      • Demo:
        • College Students (Campuses, Music Festival, Stadiums)
        • Emergency Response workers/Shift Workers
        • Tech Workers (Ie. Google campus)
        • General Fitness Enthusiasts (Think 5 hour energy/redbull, marathons, Hyrox etc)
        • Ages 18-34

    What you're good at:

    • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Excellent ability to prioritize tasks according to partnership type and conversion opportunity
    • Great communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage a large set of tasks.
    • Improving processes, roadmaps and efficient task management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • At least 2-3 years of administrative & event experience with executive, C-suite members
    • Incredibly organized, detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information while using discretion
    • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact and influence others
    • Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Notion
      • Ability to anticipate the needs of senior management and to proactively solve problems efficiently
      • High energy, thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
      • Must be an athlete, open to joining partners on athlete & wellness events (runs, cold plunges, etc)
      • Preferably based in Los Angeles
      • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Pacific Time **Subject to change +/- ~3 hours, mutually agreed by you and your manager.
