• EMERGENCY SERVICESWalla Walla, WAFull-TimeJob DescriptionThe Manager assists the Director of Emergency Services with the planning, implementation, and monitoring of patient care services for the Emergency Department at our Medical Center.

The manager provides clinical oversight and support of assigned areas including quality improvement and quality assurance monitoring, provides clinical staff education and staff competency monitoring, supervises staff orientation as developed by the Director, provides follow-up with Datix adverse event monitoring tool, anticipates department staffing needs on a daily basis, edits payroll, regularly performs customer service rounds, and other operational activities as delegated.


Must-Haves:
Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.3 years experience in emergency, trauma, or critical care nursing.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, from an accredited educational institute, or in process and completed within 3 years of hire into position.

National Provider BLS

• American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred:
Master's Degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration or Business.
ACLS, PALS (must be AHA accredited) upon hire.
TNCC Instructor status, or ability to achieve upon hire.
