A well-established, family-owned MEP contractor in the Harleysville area is looking to add a Project Manager to their growing team.
This is not residential service work. This company focuses on large-scale commercial, institutional, and industrial projects involving complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. They have a strong reputation throughout the Philadelphia suburbs, a solid backlog, and steady growth.

What You'll Do
- Manage full lifecycle MEP projects from planning through closeout
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope across trades
- Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Manage subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and coordinate field activities
- Handle change orders, financial tracking, and payment applications
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, fabrication drawings, and documentation
- Communicate with clients, engineers, architects, field teams, and operations
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on time and on budget
What They're Looking For
- Experience managing commercial MEP projects
- Strong understanding of industry codes and standards
- Experience managing project financials and subcontractors
- Ability to lead teams and communicate with multiple stakeholders
- Technical background in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems
