- Responsible for developing tank schedules and providing progress updates.
- Collaborates with contractors and Construction Company Representatives to create accurate and predictable schedules.
- Demonstrates good planning and organizing skills by understanding the sequencing of tasks in construction execution.
- Conducts field walks throughout the Refinery to determine work sequence and priority.
- Solid understanding and support of refinery safety and environmental policies.
- Ensures detailed plans in Primavera, communicating priorities to contractor schedulers.
- Integrates and assesses approved scope changes and their impact on critical activities.
- Utilizes digital tools and offers feedback on their functionality.
- Prepares schedules in Primavera, compares with historical data, and challenges vendor/contractor schedules as necessary.
- Accountable for scheduling turnarounds in Primavera P6 following CVX scheduling standards.
- Collaborates with Project Control Leads on duration and critical path estimates.
- Regularly reviews schedule progress and validates with the turnaround team.
- Participates in schedule assurance reviews with Planning & Scheduling advisor.
- Communicates critical path and areas of concern during turnaround execution.
- Documents lessons learned from all phases of turnaround planning.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a strong safety record.
- Experience in an Industrial Maintenance environment is required, with 5+ years preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and similar business software systems.
- Proficient in Salesforce.
- Proficient in P6 Primavera.

Conducts/engages in inspections, reliability incidents investigations, rotating equipment reliability analyses, optimizations, and mechanical integrity reviews; integrates findings into the asset care strategy.
Supports major customers/clients and may lead functional projects with infrequent supervision. Develops a comprehensive understanding of the job function.
