Job Duties:

Maintains and supervises the delivery of quality patient care by assuring that the Nursing Care Plan is developed, implemented and followed.

Receiving admissions and/or transfers to the unitInitial and on-going systematic patient assessmentTimely and accurate documentationInterpreting assessment/diagnostic dataEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementQualifications:Must be a graduate of an accredited School of NursingMust hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the State of Louisiana and must maintain license renewal in accordance with the standards of the LSBN.

Positive, caring and customer-service-oriented attitudeCurrent BLS and ACLS certificate required (Sage will cover the cost for certification)
