    Doctor of Physical Therapy who's clinically solid, hates high-volume mills, and is more excited about building a business than sitting in weekly "mentorship" meetings?

    Next Level Physio Montclair is hiring ONE experienced DPT to own a caseload in our cash-based, 1:1 sports clinic.

    We work with runners and lifelong athletes in a low-volume, high-touch model. You'll treat 1:1, have control of your schedule, and be expected to think like an intrapreneur, not an employee.

    This is not a residency or new-grad mentorship role. If you're already competent clinically, like to work independently and want to:

    Build a "practice within the practice"
    Learn to drive referrals, JVs, and social media
    Grow your income through base + revenue share
    this is where you do it.

    You're a fit if you:

    Have 3-6+ years out of school, been in a cash PT model, and can manage a sports/ortho caseload independently
    Keep every promise: plans of care, follow-ups, content, workshops, internal commitments
    Are hungry to learn business, marketing, and communication (we invest in CEUs and biz education)
    Are comfortable on camera and in the community; you see visibility as part of the job
    Live the standard: you train, compete, and take care of yourself like your best patients

    1. Non-Negotiable Qualifications (Baseline Requirements)
    Clinical Competence
    Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), licensed or eligible
    3-6+ years out of school
    Able to independently manage a sports/ortho caseload
    Confident in a 1:1 cash-based model
    No need for daily clinical hand-holding or residency-style mentorship
    Coachable Autonomy
    Can run a full caseload without micromanagement
    Makes clinical decisions confidently
    Manages schedule, documentation, and follow-ups independently
    Communication & Visibility
    Comfortable on video and social media
    Willing to lead workshops, events, and community activations
    Comfortable asking for referrals and reviews from clients
    Able to represent the brand publicly

    A DPT here must:

    Generate new patients, referrals, or JV relationships
    Build and own a niche ("practice within the practice")
    Host workshops, group runs, events, or educational talks
    Participate in community partnerships
    Actively grow their vertical (runners, golfers, hybrid athletes, etc.)
    Think in terms of "my community" and "my panel"

    LIVE THE STANDARD

    A DPT here must:

    Train consistently and take care of their own health
    Embody what they prescribe
    Model professionalism and emotional maturity
    Address conflict directly (no sideways venting)
    Protect the business in decisions, not default to convenience
    Be someone you'd proudly point to as the example
