    Description
    JOB DESCRIPTION (7:00 AM - 3:30 AM M/F FULL-TIME HOURS)
    The responsibility of this position is to ensure accurate receiving of inbound freight and small package deliveries. This position requires strict attention to detail and the ability to problem solve. Inbound shipments must be accurately matched to receiving documents and properly entered into the WMS system. Product must be sorted and stored based on company SOP in a neat and organized manner. This position is responsible for maintaining an orderly and safe workspace. The position requires proficient use of computerized Warehouse Management Software (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) Scanners.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Maintain accurate inventory and clean, safe work area.
    • Accurately receive product into WMS and follow FIFO guidelines.
    • Look for concealed damage and note on BOL
    • Verify product counts and accuracy of inventory when receiving product.
    • Handle and complete receiving paperwork.
    • Assist in the fulfillment of product orders on a daily basis.
    • Assist other affiliated DC Departments when needed.
    • Performs other related tasks including but not limited to performing housekeeping tasks required to keep the work area safe, clean and organized.
    • Assist in moving of product using heavy equipment along with loading/unloading of deliveries.

    Requirements

    JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
    • 2-5 years' experience in order fulfillment
    • Experience with RF Scanners
    • Must be computer literate in MS Office software
    • Must be able to sit or stand for up to eight hours per day, ability to move about, bends, stoops, uses hands and lift up to 70 pounds unassisted.
    • Must be dependable, reliable, detail oriented and able to follow directions
    • Good oral and written communication skills
    • Demonstrate ability to function, with a positive attitude, in a high-performance work team environment
    • Willingness to work extra hours and weekends when needed.
    • Must have clean background and pass drug screen
    • HS diploma or equivalent
    • Equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education approved by Human Resource
    • Achieve and maintain productivity and error requirements
    • Maintain an acceptable attendance and punctuality record
    DESIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
    • Pharmaceutical industry warehouse experience a plus
    • Forklift, Turret Truck, UPS, Federal Express and Freight Experience a plus
    Salary Description

    $15.50/Hour
