    Job Summary:

This position will lead a team of event coordinators who work closely with our sales and extended marketing teams on efforts that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately drive revenue. The core focus of our event marketing strategy includes industry association engagement. Being well-rounded and having an "I'll step in and take that on, while learning something new along the way and furthering my skill set" sort of attitude is important.

What will it take for you to be?successful AND happy?in this role?

    • Ability to work across teams and effectively manage relationships well
    • Hold yourself and your team accountable.
    • Highly organized
    • Detail oriented
    • Stellar time management skills and deadline focused
    • Natural problem solver that can pivot on demand while keeping cool, calm, and collected.
    • Solutions oriented mindset (where there's a will, there's a way) and you get it done.
    • You're a do-er. You see something is needed and act.
    • You value work/life balance (because we certainly do).

You will be leading a team of event coordinators whose core responsibilities are:

    • Sales Team Support:?work collaboratively with our event coordinators, sales reps and their regional directors to identify and evaluate marketing opportunities that improve brand awareness, generate leads, and drive revenue in their markets. Much of this will be industry association related. You will provide oversight of our engagement (the sales rep is the local 'face of the company') and event involvement which is designed to help the sales rep maximize their (and our collective) presence.?
    • Event Marketing: Oversee the evaluation, planning, logistics coordination, promotion and periodically, work in-person and virtual events. You would also be available to attend and work alongside our sales team at our regional/national multi-day events. Periodically, you will also join the sales reps at their local events (typically when the Sales Director or Event Coordinator assigned to that relationship has a conflict). This could include trade shows, sponsored events, and Kings III hosted events. You will oversee end to end management, including budget, as well as handling and upkeep of trade show materials and of course post-event tracking.
    • CRM Event Campaign Management: Where the rubber really meets the road on our event efforts (and all marketing efforts) is when it is reliably tracked to revenue. This includes ensuring that all generated leads are imported, tagged for tracking, and handed off to the appropriate teams for follow-up in a timely manner. You will work with other stakeholders on this, (for example, your team will not import leads directly although there will be occasions where data needs to be entered manually into the CRM), but you own the follow-through in making sure your team handles this in a timely and efficient manner.??
    • Internal Event Planning & Management:?You will work with the Marketing Director to plan internal Kings III events, such as our annual meeting and sales incentive trip.
    • Marketing Vendor Relationships: You will assist the Marketing Director in managing the department's key vendor relationships, specifically but not limited to the portal where our business cards, apparel, and promotional items are housed.

Additional responsibilities that speak to the agile nature of the team as well as the importance of a?'can do / let me take that on attitude'.These are not your core responsibilities, but will be items you help with from time to time:

    • Content Development: Everyone on our marketing team pitches in on content development where needed at times, whether related to sales literature or a blog article. You should be well-written and confident in developing materials appropriate for our target market.
    • Special Campaign Work:?We are constantly evaluating additional topics and/or market-specific opportunities. This might mean dabbling in direct mail periodically, for instance, or special Kings III promo packages for a specific area of focus (helping customers celebrate a recent award they received, for example).

And of course, there is always the obligatory 'other duties as required'

    Company Benefits:

    • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans offered.
    • 401k plan with company match.
    • Employer-paid telemedicine benefits.
    • Eight scheduled paid holidays, plus one paid floating holiday each year.
