Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Associate, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere, making every guest feel valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a vibrant resort or hotel environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, handling inquiries and reservations efficiently
  • Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and billing processes accurately and promptly
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with professionalism and urgency
  • Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing daily financial reports
  • Maintain organized front desk operations, including guest registration records and reservation logs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or hospitality management, preferably within hotels or resorts
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations
  • Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism
  • Previous experience in night audit or guest services roles is a plus
  • Demonstrated hospitality management skills with an understanding of resort or hotel environments
