**Event Delivery Planner**

Event Delivery Planners are key to the successful and safe delivery of first aid and medical cover at events.

**About the Role**

Event Delivery Planners are key to the successful and safe delivery of first aid and medical cover at events. You will be working alongside experienced volunteer teams and other staff, planning the delivery from start to finish, writing detailed medical plans and risk assessments, attending internal and external meetings and the events when needed, liaising with the event organisers of large events, such as Marathons, Music Festivals and large Sporting Events, before, during and after. You will work with specialist volunteering teams to ensure we deliver the highest quality of care to our patients. Specific Training can be provided for the right person.

The start date for the role will be 4th October 2021.

**About You**

You will be a great organiser and planner with a keen eye for detail. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is vital. You need to be friendly and flexbile and be available to coordinate meetings and undertake the tasks needed to ensure service delivery is safe and meets all the regulatory guidelines. You will have great customer service skills and also be IT literate with excellent writing and presentation skills. A great team player and be willing to work outside of normal office hours when required.
