    Summary


    The Manager, Marketing Technology is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation, configuration, and optimization of various marketing technologies aimed at ensuring DTPB's competitiveness, technological prowess, and regulatory compliance in the rapidly evolving world of digital advertising & marketing technology.

    This role will be responsible for overseeing a wide array of platforms and systems including but not limited to Customer Relationship Management software (CRM), Content Management Systems (CMSs), Customer Data Platform (CDP), data lake, data clean rooms, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and personalization tools.

    This role must ensure that all marketing technology systems are fully integrated, and aligned with cross functional team needs. This role has a heavy focus on data management, analytics, and data visualization.

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities


    Implement, configure, and optimize all marketing technology systems, including but not limited to a data lake, CRM, CDP, CMS, data clean rooms, analytics, and personalization platforms.

    Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure that all marketing technology systems are fully integrated and aligned with the organization's overall strategy.

    Maintain a data lake infrastructure. Analyze data, and implement strategies for leveraging data to improve decision making, business outcomes, and streamline reporting.
    Help define the future of data visualization for the organization and maintain pipes to various data visualization tools.

    Build and maintain various data clean rooms; develop and implement strategies for leveraging clean room data to drive advertising initiatives and improve outcomes.

    Vet new vendors and platforms to improve marketing technology stack and outcomes.

    Provide support to various digital footprint projects such as website, mobile application, visitor kiosks, and other emerging platforms to be identified.

    Ensure the organization maintains regulatory/legal compliance with various, state, federal, and international privacy laws.

    Includ Connecticut (CPRA), Virginia (VCDPA), California (CCPA & CPRA), Colorado (CPA), Utah (UCPA); staying up to date on new state legislation with particular focus on DTPB's key markets; federal data privacy legislation development; and foreign market privacy laws including DPA (United Kingdom), GDPR (European Union), PIPEDA & CPPA (Canada).

    Other projects and tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications, Education And Experience

    Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field OR coding/developer bootcamp OR relevant experience.

    5+ years of experience in marketing or technology, including direct experience with some of the following platforms: marketing automation tools, analytics suites, CRMs, CDPs, DMPs, data lakes/warehouses, and data visualization tools.

    Proficiency in data management including lakes, warehouses, ETL, reverse ELT, SQL, and data visualization.
    Proficiency in maintaining data pipes between multiple platforms.
    Familiarity with data clean room buildouts and maintenance.
    Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support various web-based projects.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    Must have a physical presence in our West Palm Beach office 3 days per week.
    Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task to complete assignment on budget, scope, and deadline.
    Ability to work independently but be a collaborative team player when necessary.
    Strong problem-solving skills from issue identification through to resolution.
