The Universal Banker handles a variety of tasks and priorities during the course of a business day; delivers exceptional service with selling/cross-selling, performs routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and basic sales functions as well as basic teller transactions.
The Universal Banker commits to advancing knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge to better serve personal and business clients.
Contribute to meeting and exceeding client service and branch sales goals by offering and selling products and services and developing, expanding and retaining relationships.
Is also responsible for providing operational support while maintaining essential controls and safeguards.Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent; College degree or military equivalent strongly preferredMinimum 6 months customer service experience ideal; cash handling experience preferredGood interpersonal and communication skillsAble to remain calm, friendly and professional through any and all situationsSelf-motivated and flexibleThe ability to follow instructionsThe ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly and accurately to meet policy and regulatory requirementsGood organizational skills and attention to detailTeam playerProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software programs.
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings light overtime, as neededMay travel to other branches, as neededKorean SpeakingTarget Compensation: 40-50k/yr.
