- No felonies in the last ten years (misdemeanors reviewed case by case).
- No DUIs in a personal vehicle in the last 10 years; only 1 in a lifetime.
- No DUI in a commercial vehicle or failed/refused DOT drug/alcohol test ever.
- Accepting drivers with auto restrictions.
