    Client Service Representative (CSR)

    Where: In office at 2000 Vermont Dr Suite 100, Fort Collins, CO 80525

    Pay Range: $ $18.00 per hour

    Hours: 25 hours a week, Schedule is Monday-Friday 9:30am - 2:30 pm; No on-call required

We are looking for a service-oriented professional to assist our Client Service Supervisor with staff scheduling and the daily operations of our office.     As a Client Service Representative, heres a big-picture view of what youll do:

    • Assist our Client Service Supervisor in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
    • Schedule staff and improve the process of client/patient scheduling for home care services
    • Verify documentation on employees schedules
    • Assist with office functions such as processing weekly payroll
    • Act as a customer services representative for the Personal Care and Support Services clients and employees.

    A few must-haves for Client Service Representatives:

    • One (1) year experience in health care, temporary staffing or related industry preferred.
    • Scheduling experience preferred.
    • At least 18 years of age.
    • Requires excellent customer service skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proven organization skills and detail orientation
    • Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.
