- Collaborative Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and optimized design outcomes.
- Testing and Validation: Develop and implement robust testing frameworks to ensure designs meet strict industry standards.
- Data-Driven Enhancements: Utilize detailed performance analytics to continually refine battery efficiency and functionality.
- Client Solutions: Work closely with our business development teams to tailor products to client specifications and market needs.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Systems Engineering.
- Bring at least 7 years of product development experience, with a deep focus on battery system projects for the past 3+ years.
- Expert in battery chemistry, energy storage systems, and Battery Management Systems (BMS).
- Skilled in SolidWorks and experienced in DFMEA and DVP&R for electrical/mechanical systems.
- Familiar with regulatory compliance, ideally with experience in defense-related projects.
