As a senior RingCentral Product Manager specializing in Generative and Predictive AI solutions for voice and omnichannel communication, your role will entail a blend of product management expertise, technical acumen, and strategic vision.
You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across engineering, design, and program operations to drive the development and execution of AI-driven products within the RingCentral ecosystem.
Conduct in-depth research on Generative and Predictive AI machine learning models, tooling, and applications within the context of voice and omnichannel communication, identifying market opportunities and competitive landscapes.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; a Master's (MBA) degree is strongly preferred.

~ Proven track record in building products utilizing Generative and Predictive AI technologies, leveraging open-source solutions or LLMs from hyperscalers.
~ Experience in launching enterprise SaaS solutions, focusing on UCaaS/CCaaS, including onboarding early adopters and scaling via automation.
Mastery in building credibility with customers and partners on complex technical topics.
Strategic, critical, and creative thinking abilities and a strong business sense.
Experience in defining epics and writing user stories, along with expertise in design thinking and UX/UI best practices.
