    BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Training Coordinator for a remote opportunity

    Position Title: Training Coordinator/ Training Specialist

    Location: Remote (PST Shift)

    Anticipated Start Date: 05/27

    Expected Duration: 12+ months contract + renewable

    Job Type: [FULL TIME (>=30 HRS WEEKLY) [CONTRACT], [REMOTE]

    Pay Range: $49-$50/hr only on W2

    Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

    Requirements:

    · Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    · Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on technology and digital tools.

    · Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training strategies.

    · Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage a diverse audience.

    · Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training solutions.

    · Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

    · Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    · Strong understanding of supply chain is a plus.

    · Broader change management experience is a plus.

    Job Description:

    The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive training strategy that supports the effective use and adoption of IAO Client's Products processes and systems. This role will focus on creating a training strategy and plan, and helping enable the development of engaging training content, facilitating workshops, and ensuring that early adopters are well-prepared for testing and providing feedback on new technologies.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Design and implement a strategic training plan that aligns with company goals and technological advancements.

    · Develop training materials and programs which may incorporate digital adoption tools, and other relevant technologies.

    · Collaborate with project teams, early adopters, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements.

    · Facilitate engaging training sessions for various audiences, including early adopters, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

    · Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.

    · Stay abreast of the latest trends in training and development, as well as new digital tools.

    · Support the creation of a feedback loop with early adopters to gather insights and improve future training initiatives.

    · Manage training logistics, including scheduling, participant communication, and resource allocation.

    · Develop metrics and KPIs to measure training effectiveness and report on progress
