- Ensure the efficient flow of orders from the servers to the kitchen.
- Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority.
- Assist in the final preparation of dishes.
- Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature.
- Deliver orders to maintain fast service.
- Communicate important information between the kitchen and the servers.
- Handle complaints and support other tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Active Food Handler's and TABC certificate
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Follow appropriate personal hygiene procedures to ensure food served to guests is safe for consumption, including disinfecting hands prior to handling food.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company Food Safety Programs within assigned areas of responsibility, as well as all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
- Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect.
- Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other colleagues and departments.
- Partner with and assist others to promote an environment of teamwork and achieve common goals.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
