    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments
    • Assist in the maintenance of store inventory
    • Develop knowledge and skills in product, sales, and leadership
    • Train learners and communicate information and techniques effectively

    Requirements

    • Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
    • Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
