- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role (i.e., manager, project manager, team lead, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects, transactions, or initiatives
- 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners.

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Product Support Senior Program Manager to join the Special Projects Dallas (SPD) team in Richardson, TX
This manager will be responsible for all sustainment activities for the SPD program
In this role, you will be part of a high performing, cross-functional team building state-of-the-art Advanced Airborne Sensor (AAS) capability, reporting directly to the SPD Chief Engineer
A successful candidate will have familiarity with developing and delivering advanced support equipment, integrated logistics support, maintenance management systems, technical publications, and managing multi-disciplinary, multi-site teams, technical planning and cost/schedule management
As Team lead, the successful candidate will hold RAA (responsibility, accountability and authority) to complete all product support statement of work and deliverables for the program
