    FDA Plant Manufacturing Process EngineerA four year engineering degree; three or more years of process engineering experience on an FDA compliant manufacturing line; and three or more years of manufacturing plant project management experience are all requiredPay is up to $115,000Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holderNo remote as this is a 100% onsite positionFull-timePermanent W-2 employeeFull benefitsBrookfield, WisconsinThis growing food manufacturer is looking to hire a full time, permanent FDA Plant Manufacturing Process Engineer.

    New capital projects including adding new manufacturing lines are on the horizon. There is excitement with the expansion the company is going through. The future is very bright for the company and the employees. The are looking to automate plant operations and are making large investments in the production lines. The company is experiencing growth and many career growth opportunities will become available. Employees are valued and treated very well.

    The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:
    Evaluating the food manufacturing processesManaging food manufacturing projects from start to finishEvaluating and engineering food manufacturing facilitiesEngineering new food manufacturing lines as well as upgrades to existing food manufacturing linesNegotiating and working with vendors to get new equipment to mesh with what is currently in place and/or to get new equipment for new manufacturing linesDetermining the need for engineering and / or maintenance for issues as well as solutions for a manufacturing line that keeps breaking down or loses yieldThe background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:A four year engineering degreeThree or more years of process engineering experience on an FDA compliant manufacturing lineThree or more years of manufacturing project management experiencePossess a solid work historyBeing a US citizen or green card holderHaving a residence within a 45 minute drive
