The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for
planning and managing customer experience activities within a multi-channel contact center environment while achieving standards of excellence.
Reply to customer emails & chats professionally
Develop collaborative relationships internally in support of Sales Departments growth strategies
Promote excellence by providing superior service to all accounts and customers
Eligible immediately for 15 days of paid time off, eight paid holidays and one floating holiday
3+ years experience in a multi-channel contact center/customer service environment (B2B is a preference)
PC literate, experience in Word, Outlook and Excel
Resolve various service opportunities thru the application of an effective course of action
Bi-lingual in French – oral & written
