    Job Title: Customer Service Representative

    Job Summary:

    Stocker Automotive is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the liaison between our service technicians and customers in our car dealership. You will assist customers in determining their vehicle service needs and communicate these needs to the technicians for repair. In addition, you will be responsible for greeting clients, listening to customer requests, scheduling service appointments, and estimating repair costs.

    Responsibilities:

    Greet clients and provide excellent customer service

    Listen to customer requests and determine their vehicle service needs

    Communicate customer needs to service technicians for repair

    Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers

    Estimate repair costs and provide accurate quotes to customers

    Maintain customer records and update service history

    Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

    Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and services offered

    Work collaboratively with service technicians and other team members

    Requirements:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in computer skills and ability to learn new software
    • Listen to customers' and discuss needed service maintenance
    • Present multipoint vehicle inspection results to customers.
    • Verify warranty, insurance or contract coverage for service
    • Calculate and provide customer with an estimate of these expenses for needed services
    • Explain process to clients so they understand what to expect and with their automobile service
    • Record information gathered from each visit in appropriate database
    • Draft order for repair with all information that has been gathered outlined clearly
    • Work with supervisors, Technicians and the rest of team to provide a positive and expedient resolution for clients.
