    Job Description

You do not need to know anything about the payment processing industry but having sales experience is a plus.

We have a very proven track record of teaching hardworking people how to be successful in sales within the payment space.

We will teach you what you need to know, give you the resource material and an abundance of field time with a trainer.

Your success will be realized from your very first month within the KastenBerry system. This will result in VERY happy customers and REAL wealth building for yourself.

If you are in a rush to change jobs, keep in mind, our interview process is very extensive, and we are very selective.

We run an elite team of salespeople with varying backgrounds, and we are slow to offer positions within our organization.

We are not interested in the "churn and burn" mentality. We build customers and employees for life.

    STOP READING IF:
You don't love winning and a winning culture
You don't understand that relationship building is about preparation, prevention and planning.
You don't enjoy understanding your "KPIs" to maximize your performance
You're okay with having maxed out your comp plan or a comp plan that limits your earnings
If you think doing "good enough", is good enough

In this position, you have the exclusive opportunity to work directly with some of the best leaders in the payment space – people who have been integral in building billions of dollars of processing revenues.

Must have a highly competitive personality.
Must have a "sense of urgency" mentality.
Must be honest, truthful and hardworking.
Must enjoy a full day of "work" (aka: helping others)
    Must be self-aware (intellectual honesty)
Must be technologically proficient (email, Excel, etc. – nothing crazy)
Must be able to communicate well over the phone, in person, and in writing.
Must have a desire to master your craft through coaching, KPI's and constant learning.
You will be working in your area helping customers in your hometown and surrounding areas. You will not be restricted to specific territories and travel is not required.

    Compensation:
$48,000 Base, plus 25% residuals that grow each month. The expectation is that your residuals will grow to at least $2,000 a month within the first 6-8 months at minimum. Plus, we offer a PACE program that increases your base salary along with your residual increase. Our comp plan is no joke and for people that really want to build wealth.
