    Job Description:
    • Manage clinical staff with adequate staffing and training.
    • Maintain regulatory and accrediting body compliance for infusion room/equipment.
    • Ensure timely completion of physician orders, including correct billing codes.
    • Collaborate with leadership to optimize drug management efforts and enhance programs.
    • Provide clinical support for medication management, including EMR regimen building and maintenance.
    • Manage employee work schedules, payroll, and time off requests.
    • Assist in implementing new programs, tests, methods, and procedures.
    • Maintain up-to-date documentation and ordering of supplies and drugs.
    • Expand responsibilities as directed to facilitate optimal workflow within the cancer center.
    • Communicate and collaborate with peers and other departments to positively impact patient services and OSC staff morale.
    • Interact effectively with patients and family members, demonstrating sensitivity to cultural diversity, age-specific needs, and confidentiality.
